- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends based on client needs.
- Full-time availability required.
Salary:
- $24.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on relevant experience.

About the Role:
We are seeking an Experienced Epoxy Technician to join our skilled crew. As an Epoxy Technician, you will work on a variety of projects across the city, applying specialized materials to pavement and concrete surfaces to deliver high-quality results for our clients.
Job Summary:
As a Floor Coating Technician, you will operate specialized equipment and apply epoxy flooring and other concrete-related coatings. Your role will ensure that our clients' assets are well-protected and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment to apply epoxy flooring, concrete coatings, and assist with asphalt-related coatings when necessary.
- Plan and manage projects to ensure top-quality production.
- Maintain clear, daily communication with the Operations Manager regarding job status.
- Ensure that job sites are safe, clean, and free of hazards.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A valid G-Class driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver's Abstract required).
- Reliable mode of transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs).
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with small engines (e.g., lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset.
- Background in engineering is a plus.
